Delivery policy

Delivery is only available to the following countries:
FRANCE, GERMANY, BELGIUM, SPAIN, GREECE, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, PORTUGAL.

Order processing time is one business day.

The delivery times presented below are indicative, we cannot be held responsible for additional delays from our transport provider.

Late delivery does not constitute grounds for cancellation of the order.

Deliveries are made via our partner chronopost.

The delivery time in Metropolitan France is one working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery time in Europe (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal) is 4 working days.

You can contact us to obtain a faster delivery solution, subject to the transport costs incurred.

The products shipped travel at the risk of the purchaser.

Although we take the greatest care with our packaging, we cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered by the package during transport.

Products delivered that are non-compliant may be returned after written agreement from us.

A return request form is available by simple request via the contact page of our website.

A credit note will be issued for the amount of the products, after deduction of transport costs, and reduced by 20% for processing the return file.
